All ages welcome
Sleeps up to 4, with its own private entrance and parking. Like the rest of BaliBala it sits in open jungle and is not a childproof environment, so adults should supervise children, around the pool and generally.
Arrival. You will be personally welcomed by Linda or Flory, our local host.
About this stay
This is the architectural signature of BaliBala: a teak-built home from the No Footprint House series by architecture studio A-01, a sustainable prefab design recognised internationally, including a public-vote win at the Dezeen Awards and an International Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum.
The house is organised to stay open to its surroundings: light, air, and jungle sound move through the living spaces, and the boundary between inside and outside is deliberately thin. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area give you room to settle in.
The house has its own private entrance, its own gate separate from the safari tents, and private parking, so it stays entirely self-contained.
Outside, a private pool sits within a fully fenced garden. The waves are audible from the house, and the beach is a short walk away. Wildlife passes through daily, this is a home designed to let Costa Rica in, not keep it out.
