Three tents that tread lightly.
The villa belongs to the No Footprint House series by architecture studio A-01, a sustainable prefab design recognised internationally, including a public-vote win at the Dezeen Awards and an International Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum. Teak construction, passive ventilation, and a floor plan that treats the jungle as another room.
The safari tents follow the same philosophy with lighter means: canvas instead of concrete, ceiling fans instead of air-conditioning, open-air showers instead of sealed bathrooms. Deliberately, there are no TVs. The entertainment is outside, and it is frequently spotted moving through the trees.
